Last updated October 2026. This page explains what happens to information when you use this website or call us.
This website
The site has no forms, accounts or comments, and it doesn’t set advertising or analytics cookies. Like any website, it’s served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
When you call
If you call the number on this site, your phone number and the details you give us, such as your address and what’s happening, are used to connect you with an independent plumbing company. We pass that information to the company that takes your call so they can help you. Calls may be handled through a call-routing or call-tracking service and may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. If a call is recorded, you’ll be told at the start of the call.
What the plumbing company does with it
Once you’re connected, the plumbing company is responsible for how it uses your information, under its own privacy practices. We’re a referral service. We don’t perform plumbing work, and we don’t sell your information to advertisers.
Your choices
You can decline to share information on a call, though the plumber may then not be able to help. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, call us at (301) 746-0647 and tell us why you’re calling.
Children
This site is for adults dealing with a plumbing problem. It isn’t directed at children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date above. Back to the homepage.
A note on this guide. This page is general information, last reviewed October 2026. It can’t replace a plumber looking at your actual pipes, and Burst Pipe Fix Pros does not perform plumbing work.
