Burst pipes don’t keep office hours, so call whenever it happens. We can’t promise a plumber will be free at every hour, but that’s the first question we ask for you.
What happens after you call
- We ask where you are and what’s going on. A street address, whether it’s a home or a business, and whether the water is off.
- We connect you with an independent local plumber. They’ll confirm if they can reach you and when.
- They quote the work. You decide whether to go ahead.
Have these ready if you can
- The address where the leak is.
- What you can see: spraying pipe, ceiling stain, no water, water in the yard.
- Whether you’ve been able to close the main valve.
- Whether it’s a house, a townhome or condo, or a commercial space.
- Whether you’re on public water or a private well, if you know.
